Start11 not working

Start11 v2 does not seem to be working but I can't uninstall it

I'm trying to use start11 on my windows 10 laptop - it's been working fine but recently something's happened and now it's not working properly. One of the main things I use it for is taskbar management - I like having my taskbar item unstacked but unlablelled. Unfortunately there isn't even the option to manage this in the Start11 window:

But I can't uninstall it because Object Desktop doesn't think it's installed:

And I can't find any way to tell the computer to use Start11 to manage the taskbar, I know there used to be a toggle somewhere but I can't find it.

I'm using windows 10 and the user account is not an administrator (although I have access to the administrator account and have been regularly inputting the admin password to install and update stuff). Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. In Windows 10, Start11 does not need to manage your Taskbar buttons since natively Windows 10 still have control on the taskbar buttons. You can have combine and hide labels always turn on.

Thank you.

Using your Administrator account:  Settings>apps>choose Start11 then choose uninstall.
