Fences 5 Does Not Appear on Desktop on Startup, but does on Restart

Hello,

Fences 5 does not appear on my desktop when I initially boot up my computer.

But after I boot up my computer and THEN restart it, Fences then appears on my desktop.

 

Can someone please tell me why Fences 5 does not appear on my desktop when I first boot up my computer?

I have a desktop, Windows 10 Pro.

Can someone please help, thank you.

After you boot your computer, right-click the desktop and highlight select View. Does "Show desktop icons" have a check next to it?

I have checked the guide in your response. I do have both entries and both are "Enabled".

What is your setting on "Vanish"?

If you have the setting and the Fences don't show up upon boot. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
