You can't get a human on the phone from the company when experiencing problems.

Can you think of a more frustrating experience when referring a product and company and it doesn't work ??????

You so suck as a company. Why is it so efffffing hard to do business with you ?????????????????????????????????????????

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, Stardock do not do phone support. If you have an account issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
