Upgraded and now Start Button is completely screwed up and useless

How do I get back to the previous version I had

I've had Object Desktop for years, just renewed to the latest version of everything including Start 11.  Now nothing I do changes the settings on the start button. 

I just wanted a simple Windows 7 start button (just like I have had via Stardock software for years).  But now not only do I have some different menu, I can't change anything. 

I've repeated tried to set it to a Windows 7 style, but with no effect.  I thought maybe I would try one of the other settings.  But no matter which one I chose, NOTHING changed!!!

I tried turning it off and on (using the On button), zero effect.

Driving me crazy.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after uninstall finished. Re-download latest Start11 from your product account page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again, retest and report back here.
