Dear Sir,
A new screen on my desktop showing to update the software installed.
Pressing download and install a message shows that an error saying
Could not open the unistall executable for writing: ............ Please see the screenshot attached.
What could be the problem and how to solve it ?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try this, uninstall Fences v3, reboot. Go to your Stardock account page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Download the latest Fences version available for you from there. Install it and reboot again after installation done. Retest it and report back.
