Hidden until mouse moves over

Hello, on my old pc the fences would be invisible until i moved my mouse over them. How can i get that back on this new pc? I can't find the setting in the fences software

Hello,
Please try this. Right click on your Fence->View->Opacity->0%(Visible only on mouseover). Windows 10.
