Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, do you have Multiplicity KM, KVM or KVM pro? Please refer to the chart below and see which version you have and what is the capabilities.

I think I have the highest on that list and am currently at 9 computers hooked up now but wanted to add 3 more.

Sorry should of mentioned in the post I was already at the 9 mark and wanted to go past that.
