Recently Start11 v1 just stopped working

I am unsure what happened and why but all of a sudden the Start11 menu stopped coming up. The regular Windows 11 start menu just started appearing. I uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail. The Start11 menu just stopped showing and I have exhaused all my troubleshooting skills to figure out why and I am no closer to finding out what caused/is causing this. Anyone have any ideas for me? Let me know what additional information would be helpful in doing so. Many thanks.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system:

  1. Your Windows 11 full version and full OS Build numbers, please. Use, Winver.exe.
  2. Start11 full version number.
  3. If you check Task Manager Process tab, do you Start11 listed in there?

Please try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after uninstall finished. Re-download latest Start 11 available, install it, reboot immediately again, after the installation done. Retest it and report back.

Okay so I followed your instructions and that did seem to work out nicely and the Start11 start menu does show up correctly. I suppose when I had uninstalled and reinstalled, I did not do the reboot after both events as you had me do them which apparently made all the difference. Thank you so much for your assistance.
