WINDOWS 10 TOOLBAR

My question is simple. Where do I configure this program to provide me my Windows 10 create toolbar from the taskbar option?

Are you running Windows 10 or 11?

This is not a feature of Windows 11 or Start11v2.

You can however, pin a Folder or Folder Menu to the taskbar.

I agree, but Microsoft, in their great wisdom, felt it wasn’t necessary. This has been referred to the Stardock development team multiple times, but as yet has not been implemented. I’m not sure if it’s even possible.

The pinned folder menu, although not perfect, is the best option.

You could also try ObjectDock. You could create a similar toolbar, but on the desktop.
