Unable to purchase Start11

I'm trying to purchase Start11, but whenever I fill in my information, I just get this error:

I've double and triple checked my card information, the email is the same one I created my account with, I've even tried in multiple different browsers to see if there was somehow some sort of incompatibility, but I get the same error every time.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

No, not resolved. I got this lengthy response (assume and AI reply) telling me a variety of stupid reasons why account was rejected by their merchant.  Keep trying with no success.
