Tooltips translation missing

from Stardock Forums

The translation for tooltips are missing (for example: Access letters, reports... should be in German Zugriff auf Dokumente, Berichte...). Is there any chance to edit it?

Hi, doesn't work. I would like to join the Translation project, but it seems, that only the UI text is for editing - not the hover tooltips.
