Hide labels in taskbar - Start11 v2.07

from Stardock Forums

In windows settings, I have the option to hide labels in the taskbar settings set to "always" yet when I have Start11 "enhance the taskbar", these labels appear.

How do I prevent this, I do not need the labels.

Using Start11 (2.07),

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not sure, is it still an issue for you to see that button? Please post a screenshot, also need to know you on Windows 10 or 11, also need to know Windows full build number. Use Winver.exe.

I believe the OP was having troubling finding where to set up the taskbar buttons. I have noticed that quite a few people overlook this button when they first enable the Enhances taskbar. I think he is on the right path now.
