6-Month Subscription

In April I realized I had been maintaining 2 orders for 2 PC's even though both allowed 5 activations. Painful.

Anyways, as it was time to renew I was about to purchase only to read you now do automatically renewing subscriptions. Trying very hard not to say what I think about that move.

All my recurring subscriptions are set to December. So I need one to start then. But if I get it now, it will renew next May/June.

Can I either get a subscription until December or a subscription with a start date of last December? I don't care about paying for the past 6 months, I just want the next payment to be in December.

I know I can wait until then, but constantly being told to renew by Object Desktop when checking for app updates is quite annoying.

You can cancel auto renew, refer here on steps to opt out auto renew: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1544388616/Stardock+Software+Subscriptions.

As for you other questions, it is best to raise a ticket for questions on account.

Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
