Hola hice mi actualizacion de start 11 a la version 2 y al querer activarlo me dice que la clave de producto esta asociada a otro correo diferente y yo no manejo si no dos correos y ninguno de los dos es, necesito que me ayuden a solucionar el problema, tengo la clave del producto y mi factura de compra.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait.
