Can No Longer Activate Fences 3 With Product Key

I purchased Fences 3 some years ago and have been using it steadily over that time. I still have my product key, but for some reason it now also requires my email address, which I don't remember being the case before. Either way, when I enter my email, it says it's not valid. I know for a fact that I bought this key with this particular address. So now I have to pay a yearly subscription to get the same functionality that I already own a license for? Would love some assistance with this.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. For account issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
