where is my Fences 5 key?

I installed Fences 5, when I paid the registration for Fences 5, I only got the following registration keys:

Fences® 2.0 - Download
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

Fences® 3 Upgrade - Download
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

Fences® 4 - Download
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

With this key I installed Fences 4,  where is the Fences 5 key?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise a support ticket using the link below and use the product not received option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple tickets, that will make your ticket go back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answered in the order they're sent in.
