I bought the latest software bundle and have activated Start 11 and the animated desktop but Fences-5 fails with error code -212. I have tried with both email and the activation key and neither works. I also tried a trial but that doesn't help either.
I also tried a re-install and reboots and nothing helps

Might be an account issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
