How do I download Fences 5 which I have paid for through my previous laptop. I would like to restore my purchase to this new laptop.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. What you can do is to review your current activation and deactivate old activation to clean an activation slot for your new laptop. Use this guide: https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#reviewactivations
And you should be able to download the Fences 5 installer from here: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products
