Not eligable for Upgrade?

Hi, I typed my email address into the upgrade checker for windowsblinds and it tells me I'm not eligable.

I have a key for 5, 6 & 8, I skipped 10 but I thought I'd check out what the new version would set me back. Why can't I get an upgrade?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try check if you have enter your email address correctly. If you did and still have the same result. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
