start button in start 2

Just up graded to Start 2 and have my screen to look like windows 7 but when I touch the start button it looks like windows10 or 11.I want it to like window 7 not windows 10 or 11.How do I fix it.If it can't be fix I want to go back to the original Start I had before.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know few things.

  1. You on Windows 10 or 11? Also, need its full version build number. Please use Winver.exe to get it.
  2. Start11v2 full version number please.
  3. Which Start11v2 Style did you choose?

I have the latest version of Windows 11 Version 23H2 .I tried all the versions of Window 7 style with icons in your substyle and they are all the same.It does not look like your picture you sent.

I also have tried all start menu designs and none of them actually change the start menu. its the standard windows 11 menu. I purchased Start11 yesterday (24th April 2024)

Sorry, we need the full version number please. Your latest version might not be the same as my latest version. Again, please use "Winver.exe" its should be available in every current Windows version.

Please post a screenshot on what you get on your system.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after uninstall finished. Re-download latest version from your account product download page. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest and report back.
