Goodbye Stardock! Unable to activate Fences 4

I installed Fences 4 on a new computer today and tried to activate it. However it's asked me to contact support after inputting the activation code and email address.

I sent them an email and an automated email directed me to this forum. 

Support is non-existence. Not to even mention, I can no longer find Fences 4 to download on my purchase history or software downloads!

Yes, I get there's a new version out and Fences 4 is no longer supported. But that doesn't give you the right to make downloading and activating Fences 4 impossible.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Technical support been done on forum since long time ago. Have you tried disable old activation? Use this guide to review your activation and deactivate old/unneeded activation, this will clear up activation slot for new activation: https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#reviewactivations.


If you have done all that and still have issue. It might be issue with your account. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
