Start11 v2 will not accept license

I am migrating to a new pc.  I have uninstalled Start11 on the original pc.  I was up to version 2 and I have two license keys.  The key for version 1 works fine, the key for version 2 is not accepted.  The license is under my gmail account, but my login to Stardock is under my ymail account if that matters.  I have tried using both of the email address to no avail.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. For account issue is best to raise support ticket using the link below, use the "product not receive" or "Ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
