Hopefully this can be fixed internally, I had to uninstall. I personally don't want to deal with frequent explorer crashes.

It seems to happen intermittently and to be more specific I only noticed it when I enter a quick math equation like 2+2.

I still can not reproduce your issue when trying the simple math search. How often the issue appear for you?

It's been pretty consistent. In fact Start11 has been crashing so many times on my machine that I've had to request a refund and return to StartAllBack which hasn't had any stability issues.

I did not have StartAllBack installed at the same time as Start 11. In the few hours I tested Start11 I've had so many explorer crashes, both from searching and one time even just rearranging icons on the start menu.

Then it is not specific Search crash issue. Should have mentioned that in the first place. I believe your issue have something specific or unique to your system. Since, we don't really see that many report from other user on frequent crash issue. Let us know if you still wish to try to help you or you wish to carry on for the refund.

I was having crashes across two separate systems. I'd rather proceed with a refund.

Sorry to hear that. Please use this guide for refund/return : https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1330380801/Stardock+Return+Policy. There is a link to raise a ticket for refund at the bottom of that page.

Thanks. I submitted a request. Sorry and thanks for your help. Unfortunately I love the customizability but frequent explorer crashes on more than one system isn't something I can use as part of my daily workflow. Thank you for your prompt replies though, it was much appreciated.
