Can't creat a fence

from Stardock Forums

Right click, I get 

Click on Create Fence here, and it opens a "Enter Title" field at random location on the desktop.
Enter a title and it disappears for good.  What is going on here?
And, the "Configure Fences" capability has disappeared too.

Re-installed from scratch, with the product key, same behavior - no fence.  Clicking (right or left on mouse) anywhere on the desktop only gives me the image above.  It's messed up my computer big time.  Know what's happening??  Someone??

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system. You on Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version number. Please use Winver.exe for it.

It's Win10.  The Fences 3 is running in the background.  If I try to delete it, it won't let me and it reports, that its running.  It will not load the c Configure Fences link at the top of the dialog box, as shown.....   My desktop files have disappeared.  The desktop folder exists in the File Explorer.  I cannot give you the full version since I cannot.  It gives me this instead: 

I tried Fences 5.  There was nothing there that would be significantly different except instead of buying it, it is an annual license.

I tried Groupy, and I found Droopy. :-)

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version 3 from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
