Now we restart with version 3, I deleted version 5. In version 5 I seen the own Fence page setup
When you said deleted if you use Windows explorer and go to Desktop, does the file missing from there?
The file is totally deleted does not exist from anyone starts, even in the basket, disappeared
I have another question, tell me if I must open another post: in version 3 when I want drag ONLY 1 FILE on desktop, a lot of time the drag accepts many files on the same horizontal line in other desktop nimber 4, 5 6 or on more distance; this is very crazy because frequently we send at our customer not their proforma, but 3 or 4 or 7 other file on other desktop.

First you will need to determine if you're using Portal Fences or Normal Fences.
If you make a square on your desktop. You will get two options. To create a Fences or to create Folder Portal Fences.
Portal Fences are Fences that link to a specific folder while Normal Fences is for anything that appear on your desktop directory.
If you click and drag from a portal Fences to Desktop. It is moving that physical file from that linked Folder to your Desktop folder.
If you click and drag from normal Fence to desktop. That is just moving a file out from that fence into desktop. The physical file still inside your desktop area.
With that known, do know that Fences should not delete a file unless the user specifically want it to be deleted.
Can you post a video and show us what is happening in your system.
As for your next issue. It is best to work and solve your first issue before looking at another one.

As I mentioned above please deal with one issue at a time. Please try resolve the first issue first. Please post a video showing what actually happening so I understand your issue.
