Start11 no actualiza las personalizaciones

Hola:

Hace unos dias actualice la version del programa Start10 a la nueva version Start11, el problema es que cada vez que intento realizar algun ajuste en la configuracion para la personalizacion del programa estos cambios no se aplican de forma inmediata, es necesario reiniciar el equipo para ver cual es el resultado, lo cual resulta demasiado engorroso.

Uno de los problemas es cuando intento realizar la personalizacion del MENU INICIO porque aunque seleccione un nivel de transparencia como el que se muestra en la captura de pantalla no sucede nada:
