Start11 v2: StartMenu couldn't show when click start icon by mouse

Hi,

When I use Start11 v2.06, the Start menu is only displayed if I press the Win key on the left side of the keyboard;
when using mouse click on the start icon, the start menu never responds.

I have tried purge to reinstall the software, and there is no other software with the same type of functionality installed on my computer.
However, the issue still persists.
