Can't pin icons to Start11 v2

Hi,

I'm having two problems with Start11 v2:

1. the image in the start menu bar has turned black and won't display;
I tried manually replacing the new avatar, but it's still black and not displaying.



2. a lot of icons are not pinned in the Start11 start menu bar.
I don't have any other software of the same type installed on my computer and have tried purge and reinstalling the latest version software, but the problem persists.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, when you open up your Windows account setting. Does it display your local account picture properly?

Yes, it can display.

Try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after, re-download latest version. Install that. Reboot again immediately after installation finished. Retest it and report back.

In fact, I've done it in this order before, but the problem still occurs.
