Fences 3.1.3.3 stops working at boot with W10 22H2 update no KB5035845

Fences 3.1.3.3 does not work at boot in Windows 10 22H2 after update no KB5035845. I temporarily unistalled the update, and it works back again. This is not a "startup problem" as fences starts correctly at boot, it simply does nothing. Trying to restore a snapshot resolves the problem until next startup.

I tried re-installing e resetting the configurations, but it does not work if update KB5035845 is installed.

(Not native speaker, sorry in case of errors).
