Can't activate Multiplicity

I have Multipliciy 2 (Base?) and have been having problems getting it to work normally. I was hoping that updating to version 3 (3.6 I believe) would help but I can't activate it either with the product key (had it re-mailed to me to check) or by using the Stardock sign in. Pop-up said account was not associated with Multiplicity. I can log into my account normally and I see my order history. How can I get it working?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive or ask a question option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
