Task bar disappears and when click on a tab in the taskbar, then it pops up again and I have to click 2 or 3 times on the tab to open it.

The taskbar disappears when I click on a tab in the taskbar. I have to click 2 or 3 times and then the tab that I click on opens. With the first click, only the tabs disappear down the taskbar and then come back, but nothing else happens. See the attached video.

I have had this issue for over 1 month now with Start11. Before that, the product worked as it should.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system.

  1. Windows full version number. Use Winver.exe
  2. Start11 version number.
  3. Post a video on this issue will help us understand your issue better.

Thank you.

1. version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3235)
2. Version 2.06
3. I already send the video to your colleague Sean Drohan to post that video here but he did not do that.
Please send him a reminder to do that. I do not have YouTube and there is no option to upload the video here.

Thanks.

Please try uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after uninstall finished. re-download latest version from your product page. Install it, reboot immediately after installation done. Retest and report back.

Thank you,

What...? Where and when did you send me a video..?  Is there a reason you did not upload it to a cloud dive service and post a shared link here?

Something is conflicting with Start11. Do you have any other 3rd party software installed that change how your taskbar and Explorer work?

Dear Sean Drohan, we sent the video to you on Saturday March 9th 21:46 CET as a reply on your email.
You did not reply and did not upload the video here.
I do not use cloud services. I am an 85 year old guy and want to have this fixed as soon as possible.
I am already emailing you for more than 1 month. You only asked me to post the issue here on this form many times but you did not help at all so far. Now I post this issue here you are telling me you did not receive my email with the video.
Very strange again.

Dear Basj, it could be that something that is conflicting with Start11 indeed. But how to fix this?
Or how to check which program it is?

I don't know if I have any other 3rd party software installed that change how my taskbar and Explorer work.

What I think it could be is the Altus programm: https://github.com/amanharwara/altus

Do you have experience with that?
Thanks for you help.

Without a frame of reference (a ticket number), I cant look anything up.

However, it very much sounds like something I would say - that for usage \ bug issues, please post in the forums.  As you can see, you have the attention of many, including the lead developer of Start11 and myself...

No, I have no experience at all with that software (Altus). What you can do is, uninstall the software, reboot your system and test and see if the issue resolve.
