Question about Start11v2 Steam version reverse activation

I'm planning to purchase Start11v2 along with a license for 4 additional devices on Steam.

before proceeding with the purchase, I have a specific concern. My job requires me to work from various locations, leading to some devices being used for only a few months before being replaced. I'm curious about how the Steam version manages the activation limit for devices.

Specifically, I'm interested in whether it's possible to deactivate one device in order to activate another new device. Of course, I can ensure that the number of devices I use simultaneously will only be three to four at most.

Hello,
From what I know, for Steam activation, you just need to uninstall the product from that system to deactivate it in steam to clear a slot for another activation on another system.
