Double clicking on Fences title bar opens Directory Opus program instead of rolling Fence up or down

It is my understanding that double clicking on a fence title bar, the fence should roll up or down, depending upon its current state. Instead of doing so, when I double click on the title bar, it opens my Directory Opus file manager program.  Windows 11, Fences 5 and Directory Opus are all up to date. This occurs even if DO is not running.  If the Fences title bar is double clicked when DO is already open, it starts another instance of the program.  Thank you for any suggestions, fixes, workarounds, etc.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please check this setting. Does "Double click Fence titlebar to roll up" selected (tick-ed) if not please turn that "on" (tick-ed it) and try again.

The setting "Double click Fence titlebar to roll up" was, and is, checked.  

When the titlebar is double clicked, it opens my Directory Opus program.

Any other suggestions

If you uninstall Directory Opus, just as a test, reboot and test it with Windows File explorer, does it still open File explorer, when you have that option turn on and double click on the Fences titlebar?
