Is there a possibility to have fly-out/casacding menu in Start11 v2? The same way as in classic shell or open shell?

Which Start11v2 Style you're referring to? There is flyout menu on Windows 7 and Modern style for its Quick access menu. Something like screenshot below.

Right click on the all programs button and pick open as a menu. Note this is not exactly the same as the cascading menus, but it is a menu view.
