Hey,

Basically title says it all.

Whenever I start windows I have this little bug where hovering over taskbar icons wont show app preview as usual, and in order to get it working, you have to restart file explorer as shown in the video link.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system.

  1. Windows full version number. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Start11 full version number.

Hey , how are you?

I try to keep everything on my OS updated, so I have latest Windows version and latest Start11 v2 version (NOT BETA)

- Windows 11 Pro 23H2 22631.3155 (latest normal release)

- Start11 V2 Version 2.05 (latest normal release)

 

Forgot to mention this happens mainly everytime windows starts.

Please try the latest Start11v2.06.4 (Beta) and see if the issue still there. Ref: https://forums.stardock.com/525921 There are resolved issues might relate to your issue.

  • Resolved issue with taskbar thumbnail popups not always showing again after a primary monitor swap (update 2.0.6.0)

Just a last question, do I need to uninstall current version or can i just donwload beta and override current normal version?
