Can't Activate Fences v5

from Stardock Forums

I just purchased an upgrade to Fences v5.  

 

I've been trying to activate it for the past 20 minutes.  Getting this error:

 

 

I also picked the option to log in with my Stardock account instead, but the same error popped up.

 

I also did the alternative activation method and uploaded the .req file, and I was greeted with this error:

 

 

I was logged into my Stardock account before I went to the activate.stardock.com link, but I still received the above error.

 

Please advise on how I can activate it.

I can't activate Fences either for a 30-day trial.  I get this error:

 

 

 

All the other internet apps on my PC are working fine.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I just check my Fences 5 activation. And, I can deactivate and reactivate my Fences without issue. It might be server issue. Have you try it again recently? Also, as a test, please try on another system. It might be your current system is blocking the server from connecting.
