Hello,

is there a German support?

I bought Fences 5 and today I get the message that the license has expired. Now do I realize that I had installed Fences 4.

I then installed Fences 5 and wanted to activate the tool. It says that the license has already been activated. But that can't be true, I don't have another computer where Fences 5 is installed.

Stardock do all technical support via Forum. Please try those easy steps mentioned in the guide. If that still fail, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the Ask a Question option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Okay. Unfortunately, Fences 5 no longer uses the option to reactivate a license automatically.

I no longer have the PC on which I activated the license. That's why I can not deactivate the license anymore.

Did you even go and check the link I post in Reply#1? In there are steps you can do to deactivate without need the old PC with you. Please try it.
