Start11 Start Menu V2.05 constantly crashing

I have recently download and activated my subscription for the start menu. It is constantly crashing whenever I open a steam game, tabbing me out of the game. The task bar icons are constantly disappearing, ad the start menu wont show anything other than a grey outline. If I restart my pc, it works fine for a bit but always ends up crashing. 

 

Please can someone provide me with some step by step troubleshooting options.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after uninstall finished. Re-download latest version from your account page. Install it. Reboot again after installation finished. Retest it and report back.

So I did that, I uninstalled but I didn't remove the settings, I then reinstalled the beta version 2.06 from my accounts page, and rebooted. It is still causing the same issues, icons on my taskbar aren't appearing, my start menu isn't appearing and its constantly tabbing my out of steam games cause its crashing.

 

Also, apps that I have pinned to my start ,menu, it is not keeping my signed in. I have to resign in every time, I've check the setting sin the app and it is saved to keep me signed in. When I open the app on normal windows start menu, it has kept me signed in but not with start 11.

Any more advice would be greatly appreciated thank you :)
