v2 didn't install

It just isn't there

This is all I got on the first install & reboot.  No 7/10/11/modern styles would take.

 

I did do a reboot after the initial install. After my first post (now edited) I did an uninstall, reboot and the basics are working. I need to post about some things not working that are critical such as groups.

It's been a few years since a software product, possibly a developer tool, needed an unistall/reinstall/reboot to work. I'm running 11 pro on  workstation class HW for what that's worth, no shortage of RAM or storage. I did upgrade a few drives using Paragon to copy the volumes, but that was larger storage like videos (thanks to Plex...and a lot of DVDs) and didn't affect profile (documents) or Program Files. That upgrade should not affect Start 11. I think Videos was the only thing, along with Downloads, that was mapped to a new 20 TB HDD.
