Thank you. I tried using all three product keys I have (Fences 2, Fences 3, and Fences 4). None of them are working on Fences 5. I believe my fences 4 was an upgrade from Fences 3. Do I get any discount for upgrading to Fences 5, or are we expected to re-purchase the software every time it receives an update?
Yes, those 3 product license key will not work on Fences 5. You will need to purchase a new license key for Fences 5.
As for discount from Fences 4, you will get discount for Fences 5 sub. There is no discount currently offer for permanent license Fences 5.
For permanent license you will get free updates, not upgrade, for all future Fences 5.x releases. You will need to purchase a new license key for Fences 6 or any later number product upgrades.
