Object Desktop and Existing Fences Subscription

On November 23, 2023 I purchased an annual subscription for Fences 5.  I'm interested in purchasing an annual subscription to Object Desktop, however what happens to my Fences 5 subscription?  Are the unused months refunded?  Is the Object Desktop subscription extended?  While I want to purchase an Object Desktop subscription I don't want to lose the money I spent on Fences 5.

For account question it best to raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
