Taskbar: Icons and labels don't match.

Ladies and Gentlemen Since installing Start11 V2, the labels in the taskbar no longer match the icons.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I can not recreate your issue on my system. First, please try this, to make sure everything installed correctly. Uninstall Start11, keep setting. Reboot immediately after uninstall finished. Re-download latest version again from your product page. Install it. Reboot again immediately after installation finished. Retest and report back.
