Wallpaper visible with hidden taskbar

Hi there,
I'm trialling Start11 at the moment and I am having an issue where if I enable the autohide taskbar function in Start11 then it causes about 2 pixels of the bottom of the screen to not fill when programs are maximised, I can see my wallpaper at all time in those pixels. If I use the Autohide function in windows then the strip goes away, however the size of the icons is stuck at the default medium size no matter what I set them to.

Is there any way to resolve this issue? I'm on an OLED monitor so I can't have the taskbar displaying at all times for the risk of burn in.
