Start11 v2

Pay for upgrade ?

Hi,

I bought a license for Start11. Nobody ever mentioned you could charge money for an upgrade. (it's not my idear you chose to add a second paid option, even if I do not need it..)

 

I therefore expect my license to be upgraded for free. A bought license is a license bought, case closed.

I'm a citizen of The Netherlands, US law does not apply to me IMO, so I think on a legal base, you got a weak case.....

I know it's just a couple of bucks, but I already paid €5, why do I need to pay almost the same for some extra options ?

 

What's next, a subscription ?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Do know Start11v1 still work and supported with current Windows release. So, if you do not wish to purchase the Start11v2. Your paid for Start11v1 still should work.
