Fences bug screen flicker/desktop flicker, conflicts with the desktop plugin of another calendar software

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not sure about the software you linked, since it all in Chinese and unfortunately I can not read Chinese. But, do know, I use Rainlendar and it work with Fences without issue.
