Have Windows 11 Pro 23H2 with latest updates.
Start 11 v1.47
Update will not install, error states I do not have the minimum requirements, mentions Windows 10 and Server 2016.
Also 40.55MB update takes a long time to download.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try this, uninstall Start11 from your system. Reboot immediately after uninstall done. Re-download the latest version directly from your product account page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it. Report back if the issue still there. If no issue appear, remember to reboot again right after installation done.
