If I try to change icon size from small to medium, the icon and text either disappears or resizes so big that four icons would fill the row , it is impossible to set any other size , I have set one row to medium, I can only fit 4 icons across but there are 8 small icons above

Happens on all windows 11 options, small items on main screen small, medium, large and extra large as shown below (captions off on the client)
Have updated to latest version today
The options scale as a multiple of the small size total space. So medium is 2x wide and 2x tall so 4x as big as small. Wide is 3x2 and the biggest is 3x3.
Because border size around an icon is a constant this means the icon looks bigger than expected.
