After reboot, Fences 3 repeatedly prompts to install (even though it has already been installed or uninstalled by purge)

Hi,

Regardless of the fact that the Fences 3 software is already installed on the computer, or that I have completely uninstalled it via Purge, every time I reboot the system, Fences 3 always displays the installer screen.(even I already tried delete the installer file.)

And I checked that the computer does not have this Fences3 installer set to boot.
