The reason for the download cap is because of the extreme bandwidth used in keeping this site running. Tons of people are here daily. The bandwidth needs to be paid for and the only way to hold it all together is to have support from the users. They are also trying as best they can to have the Wincustomize website support itself instead of Stardock having to support it with the money they get from program purchases. Thus the reason for the answer above of "Buy a subscription". This way the site can pay for itself. 20.00 for a 2 year membership is a great deal if you visit the site and download on a regular basis.
