wasn't receive product key when bought it from Steam

The main problem is I want to install Multiplicity on my Ubuntu Mate 32bit, but for some issue, I can't install Steam on my Ubuntu Mate 32bit so. I needed to install it directly on the official Stardock site, but As the title says. I bought a Multiplicity KVM on Steam on sep 10,2022, but it is not showing up on https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products, so when I request the product key on https://www.stardock.com/support/product-key-retrieval, it doesn't send Multiplicity key for me. It also happened on Groupy too. But others, like Fences4 and Start11 work fine

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, when you purchased Stardock product on Steam you will not get any activation key since it will only activate via Steam. So your can not activate it via non steam capable system.
